Egg and Avocado Sandwich

You will need

2 slices wholegrain bread
1 hard-boiled egg
2 tbsp of avocado
1 tsp natural yogurt
Lettuce



Mash the boiled egg and avocado together then stir through the natural yoghurt. On one slice of bread spread the avocado and egg mixture, then place lettuce and the other slice of bread on top. Cut the sandwich in quarters to serve.
