Rhubarb and Raspberry Puree

Ingredients

4 rhubarb sticks
200g raspberries
Juice from an orange



Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 180°C.
  2. Roughly chop rhubarb stalks and place in the oven for 30 mins
  3. Remove stalks and allow to cool.
  4. Blend rhubarb, raspberries and juice from orange.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 30 minutes
