Welcome to Me and my child website, previously called Bubbahood

When your child transitions from jar food to solids in the 9-12 month stage of their life, they aren’t the only ones trying to adjust. For parents, knowing what to cook can feel like a daunting task. What nutrients does my baby need? At what stage can you safely introduce this ingredient? Suddenly meal prep time gets longer, but it doesn’t have to. We’ve collated the very best of 9 month baby food and 12 month baby food, so you’re all set for breakfast, lunch and dinner with minimal prep time in the kitchen. All super healthy, they range across a variety of flavours that your baby will joyously explore with you.
