If you’d rather give your child a nutritious, turbo-charged start to the day, these breakfast recipes for baby will introduce the concept of a balanced diet from the start, as well as delighting them with their utter deliciousness. With all the goodness of healthy ingredients, breakfast for babies can be tasty without the added naughties.

1 egg ½ cup baby’s usual milk 1 slice of bread, cut into fingers to desired size 1 tsp reduced salt butter or margarine 2 tbsp fruit yoghurt

2 tbsp porridge oats 1 tbsp dried apricots, finely chopped 1 tbsp ground almonds 4 tbsp of child’s usual milk ½ small apple, cored and grated 150g full fat natural yoghurt
