½ cup baby's usual milk
1 slice of bread, cut into fingers to desired size
1 tsp reduced salt butter or margarine
2 tbsp fruit yoghurt
- Beat egg and milk together
- Dip bread shapes into milk mixture.
- Heat butter or margarine in pan over low heat, add milk soaked fingers and cook until browned, turning after a few minutes.
- Allow to cool and serve on plate with fruit yoghurt.
