2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely diced
1 carrot, finely diced
1 zucchini, diced
250g liver, sliced
1 sweet potato, diced
2 tomatoes, diced
½ cup water, if required
- Heat oil in saucepan and add onion, carrot, zucchini, and liver.
- Cook until the meat is browned.
- Add tomatoes, potatoes and water.
- Cook for another 5-10 minutes or until liver is cooked well.
- Pour ingredients into food processor and blend to desired consistency.
