1 tbsp olive oil
1 small brown onion, peeled and diced
100g lean beef mince
1 tomato, diced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
¼ cup cooked spaghetti
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium high heat, add the onion and cook until soft.
- Add the mince and cook until browned
- Then add the diced tomato and parsley and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Put the mince and cooked spaghetti into a food processor and pulse until desired consistency.
