Mini Chicken Salad Wraps

You will need

1 whole grain wrap
1 tbsp hummus
30g chicken breast, cooked and sliced
1/4 cup grated carrot
Cucumber, slices
Tomato, slices
Lettuce



Cut the wrap into quarters. Spread the hummus onto one side of each quarter, then layer chicken, carrot, cucumber, tomato and lettuce in the middle. Roll each quarter of the wrap into a cone shape and serve.
