Fruit Salad Shapes



½ whole watermelon
½ whole rockmelon
4 kiwi fruit
2 punnets strawberries
2 punnets blueberries


  1. Cut skin off watermelon and rockmelon and cut into thin slices.
  2. Use cookie cutters to cut the melon slices into different shapes and place into a serving bowl.
  3. Peel and cut off ends of the kiwi fruit and cut into thin slices.
  4. Cut the tops off the strawberries and thinly slice.
  5. Gently mix the kiwi fruit, strawberries and blueberries in the bowl with the melon shapes.

Cook Time: 15 minutes
