Spiced Banana Coconut Cookies

Ingredients

3 large ripe bananas, mashed
125g unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1½ cups self-raising flour, sifted
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup oats
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg



Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Beat the butter and sugar together until light and creamy, mix in the banana. Then stir in the flour, oats, coconut, cinnamon and nutmeg until combined.

Place a teaspoon of dough onto the tray, allowing room for biscuits to spread. Place in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven and leave biscuits to cool on tray.
