100g porridge oats
50 g seeds e.g. sunflower, sesame, chia
50 g roasted nuts finely chopped
2 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp honey
50 g sultanas
50 g dried apple pieces, finely chopped
Preheat the oven to 140°C. Mix the oats, seeds and nuts together in a bowl. Heat the oil and honey in a saucepan until melted, remove from the heat, add the oat mixture and stir well. Divide the mixture on to two baking sheets and spread out evenly.
Cook for 40 minutes or until crisp, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Remove from the oven and mix in the sultanas and dried apple. Cool and store in an air tight container. Serve with milk or yoghurt.
