Red meat is packed full of protein and iron, and for that reason is a great way of introducing your toddler to a healthy and balanced diet growing up. With red meat comes the opportunity to really experiment with a range of tastes to delight your child, all with minimal time in the kitchen. Being so versatile, red meat is a core element in family favourites such as casseroles, pies, barbecues and stir-fries.
