By submitting an entry into this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions and Privacy Policy (available at https://www.meandmychild.com.au/privacy-policy/). If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions or the Privacy Policy, then you should not submit an entry. We recommend that you print, store or save a copy of these terms and conditions.
Who is running this promotion?
The promoter is Sanulac Nutritionals Australia Pty Ltd ABN 31 160 607 509 whose registered office address is 20 Birnie Avenue, Lindcombe NSW 2141 (“Promoter”).
By entering the promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Who is eligible to enter this prize draw?
This promotion is only open to Australian residents.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Entrants must have a valid Instagram account.
This promotion is not open to any of the Promoter’s employees or any subsidiaries, affiliates and suppliers or their immediate family.
What is the closing date?
The promotion opens on 9AM AEST Monday 17th February 2025 and closes at 11:59PM AEST on Monday, 3rd March 2025. (the “Promotion Period”).
How do I enter?
To enter, entrants must comment on the relevant post with six emojis or less describing their toddler’s day.
No purchase or payment is required.
Any entries which do not comply with these entry requirements, or which contain any third party intellectual property without prior informed consent from the rights holder, or which contain any abusive, inappropriate, offensive or obscene language or imagery will be disqualified.
Examples of language/images considered to be inappropriate, offensive or obscene, include (but are not limited to): any message/image which contains (a) swearing; (b) comments or actions which appear to be discriminatory of any person, company or group of individuals, for example comments of a racist, sexist or homophobic nature; (c) sexual innuendo, sexual language or sexual acts, actions or gestures; (d) promoting any illegal unlawful activity such as drug use; (e) any message that appears to be an advertisement or solicitation to buy; and (f) any materials (whether written or visual) that directly or indirectly relate to Promoter’s competitor brands or that show any intention of promoting any brand other than Promoter brand.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
How many entries can I have?
One (1) entry is permitted, subject to the individual complying with all the eligibility criteria.
The entries are capped at one (1) per person.
What is the prize?
There will be one winner who will receive a prize pack selected by the Promoter, which will be sent to the winner by post, subject of availability.
The prize includes 1 x $300AUD Danish by Design voucher for use on Mushie toys and baby essential products valid until 30th June 2025, and a three (3) month supply of Alula Advance+ Toddler Milk Drink (12 x 800g Alula Advance+ Toddler Milk Drink Stage 3) valued at $360 AUD delivered in a single shipment. The total prize pool value is AU$660. No cash alternative available. No transfer or assignment of prizes will be permitted except by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
How will the winner be selected?
One winner will be selected by the Promoter solely on the merit of their response.
The Promoter will judge and select the winners on the basis of the creativity and originality of the response.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Any entries which are defamatory, obscene or otherwise not in accordance with Instagram Community Standards will be deemed invalid and shall be removed from the Promotion.
The judging and selection of winners will be carried out by the Promoter and will take place at on Tuesday, 4th March 2025 at 10am AEDT.
The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
How will the winner be notified?
Within three (3) business days of the draw, the winner(s) will be notified on Instagram stories and by a direct message on Instagram by @alula_toddler to confirm personal details.
The winner must reply to the notification within 5 days from the notification message date.
Please allow up to 30 business days from the postal address details are supplied for delivery of the prize.
If no response is obtained within 5 days from the notification message date, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a reserve winner drawn by the Promoter from the remaining eligible entries.
Again, the promotion winner must reply to the notification within 5 days from the notification email date to claim the prize.
There will be 3 reserve winner(s) after which the prize will remain unawarded. The unclaimed prize will not be awarded.
Use of your personal information for this promotion
The Promoter is the data controller for the processing of personal data in connection with the promotion. The Promoter will use your email address, name or any other contact details you provide for the promotion for purpose and duration of the promotion. The Promoter will use this information for the sole purpose of contacting you should win the promotion.

Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, mechanically reproduced, mis-delivered, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries, messages or post; unavailable network connections; failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission; online failures; hardware software or other technical malfunctions or disturbances; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the promotion in any manner.
Without limiting any other terms herein, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for any loss or damage or third-party claims in relation to breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is not responsible for any inaccuracy in the contact details supplied by the entrant that may result in the inability of the Promoter to contact that entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the draw or the prize due to any circumstances that arise beyond the Promoter’s control.
Promoter reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or winner that, in its absolute discretion, could bring Promoter into disrepute.
Promoter shall disqualify any entries that have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of these terms and conditions.
Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend or waive any of these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or cancel the competition at any stage, in the event of circumstances that are unforeseen or beyond its reasonable control (including suspected or actual fraudulent or misleading practices or other breaches of these Terms and Conditions).
What laws apply to this promotion?
This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media channel. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Facebook and Instagram do not bear any responsibility for this promotion and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, entrants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability whatsoever in connection with this promotion. All information entrants provide when they enter the promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or any other social media channel.
