Vegetable Wedges

You will need

1 sweet potato
1 zucchini
1 choko
1 parsnip
Olive oil spray


Preheat oven to 180 degrees.  Peel and cut vegetables into wedges. Place on lined tray and spray lightly with olive oil. Bake in oven for 15 minutes then turn the vegetables over and cook for another 15 minutes.
