You will need
1 egg
½ cup baby’s usual milk
1 slice of bread, cut into fingers to desired size
1 tsp reduced salt butter or margarine
2 tbsp fruit yoghurt
Beat egg and milk together. Dip bread shapes into milk mixture. Heat butter or margarine in pan over low heat, add milk soaked fingers and cook until browned, turning after a few minutes. Allow to cool and serve on plate with fruit yoghurt.
