You will need
2 tbsp porridge oats
1 tbsp dried apricots, finely chopped
1 tbsp ground almonds
4 tbsp of child’s usual milk
½ small apple, cored and grated
150g full fat natural yoghurt
Mix together the oats, apricots, apple and ground almonds in a bowl. Pour over the milk and leave to soak for 5 minutes then blend to the required consistency. Serve with yoghurt
